The Fine Prints:

  • Recurring services can be weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly or monthly.
  • (*) If the house has not been professionally cleaned within a period of one month, it might be considered Deep Cleaning.
  • (*) Deep Cleaning is performed on a occupied and furnished property.
  • (**) Inside only.
  • Unfurnished / unoccupied properties will be considered Move-In / Move-Out services.
  • We are unable to move furniture. We will try our best to reach any visible places with our equipment.
  • We only provide cleaning services for the ‘heated area’ of the property. Additional services might be arranged at extra cost.
  • Cleaners are not allowed to use ladders or go higher than 3 steps on a stepstool.
  • Cleaning is by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there will be a $50 service fee.
  • Please contact us to inquire about Move-in/Move-out fees.

- Wiping Bulbs and Glass Fixtures
- Putting Away Dishes
- Cleaning Chandeliers / Glass Lamps
- Moving Or Lifting Anything Over 25 lbs
- Cleaning Bio-Hazards (Mold, Blood, Bodily, Fluids)
- Cleaning Up Animal Waste
- Cleaning Cat Litter Box 
- Cleaning Insects / Rodents
- Cleaning High To Reach Areas & Windows
- Washing Exterior Windows
- Cleaning Anything Outside The Home
- Hoarding, High Levels of Trash / Debris
- Stepping Higher Than 3 Steps On A Ladder
